What a way to start October and the Conference Season in Toronto, Elevate Festival 2025 delivered once again a celebration of Canadian innovation, entrepreneurship, and tech!

Representing JDL Immigration, I had the opportunity to connect with founders, investors, and ecosystem leaders tackling some of today’s most pressing challenges — from AI and climate tech to sustainability, scaling globally and building with purpose.

Highlights included powerful talks and insightful panels from inspiring leaders. Arlene Dickinson was namely joined by Claudette McGowan and Massi Basiri on Day 3 to discuss how Canada continues to lead as a global hub for emerging technologies, and how diverse, mission-driven founders are well-equipped to drive growth, resilience and impact from within the country.

The Elevate Festival & Startup Open House’s afterparty at Future was the ideal way to conclude an energizing few days with a final networking opportunity. Glad to be part of an ecosystem that elevates not only innovative ideas, but dynamic people!
